Are you the official Burj Khalifa website?

No. We are an independent booking service, not the attraction operator. The official site is burjkhalifa.ae.

Who is the seller of my ticket?

Your ticket is issued by our partner Viator, Inc., which processes the payment and sends the voucher. Support for the booking is handled by us and by Viator.

How do you make money?

We earn a small commission from our partner when a booking is completed. It does not increase your price.

How quickly will I receive my tickets?

Right after the payment is approved. The voucher with the QR code goes to the email you provided.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your time slot. Use the booking ID in your confirmation email, or contact us and we handle it for you.

What's the difference between At The Top and SKY?

At The Top is the iconic deck on floors 124-125. SKY takes you to floor 148 (555 m) — the highest outdoor observation in the world — with a guided experience and refreshments.

Is The Lounge worth it?

If you want a calm, exclusive experience with food, drinks and the highest indoor & outdoor terrace anywhere — yes. It's an experience, not just a view.

Are children allowed?

Yes. Children under 4 are typically free for At The Top tickets but still need a reservation.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Your card is encrypted in the browser before it leaves your device and is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store the full card number or CVV.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are shown in AED (UAE Dirham) and that is the currency charged. If your card is in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate.
